Another taste of summer, but slightly less sweet than strawberry on its own – a lovely combination that can be used instead of strawberry in cakes, tarts or in the quintessentially Great British afternoon/cream tea. All of our jams are extra jams, having more fruit in than typical supermarket brands. An extra jam has to have a minimum of 45g fruit per 100g product and must be made from whole fruit.
