Plum jam is a lovely firm set preserve that is lovely in jam tarts or cakes as well as on crumpets or toast for breakfast. Each kind of plum has its own individual favour and we use both red and yellow plums depending on what is in season. All of our jams are extra jams, having more fruit in than typical supermarket brands. An extra jam has to have a minimum of 45g fruit per 100g product and must be made from whole fruit. Each of our jams is made seasonally and we use hand-picked, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We use granulated cane sugar in all of our jams and do not add any
