Apricot Extra Jam is a lovely traditional flavour and one of our most popular preserves. Our jam is made from fresh apricots, which produces a lovely soft set and flavoursome jam. Enjoy apricot jam on toast or use it in baking. It makes great jam tarts or spread it on a rich fruit cake to help a marzipan layer stick to the cake before icing. All of our jams are extra jams, having more fruit in than typical supermarket brands. An extra jam has to have a minimum of 45g fruit per 100g product and must be made from whole fruit.
