Our delicious Streaky, dry cured, gently smoked and then thinly sliced for an even crispier cook. All our award winning dry cured bacon is made using only British outdoor bred pork from RSPCA Assured member farms. We dry cure it by hand and mature the bacon slowly before slicing. This traditional method results in wonderfully flavoured rashers of bacon. Hand dry cured and fully matured for a deliciously savoury flavour and meaty texture, then gently smoked over beech wood, we think our streaky bacon is the tastiest you will find anywhere.
