This organic dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate geological conditions found in Uganda’s mineral rich western region of Bundibugyo. A slow fermentation and gentle roasting of these beans is all it takes to make for a robust yet creamy dark chocolate with balanced finish of bitterness and acidity with gentle earthy back notes.
