This single origin dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from cocoa beans cultivated on the steep mountain sides along Papua New Guineas’ majestic Sepik River. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans is all it takes to give this chocolate its subtle notes of fruity and rich oak of coffee at its finish. A pairs perfectly with a strong espresso or a good salted caramel ice cream. We think good chocolate starts with good intentions.
