This single region dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate geological conditions found in the Tumaco region of south western Colombia. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans is all it takes to make an intense chocolate that's full of complex notes of vanilla and pepper, that building to a fruity finish with just a hint of sweetness.
