The story behind the fizz Most soft drinks are made in minutes using syrups and concentrates, but we prefer a slower pace. W e build our flavours from the ground up. It starts with our Chunmee Taipan Superior green tea , which we cold-brew for a full 24 hours . By steeping the leaves slowly in cold water, we retain the healthy antioxidants but leave behind the bitter tannins often found in hot-brewed tea.
