The story behind the fizz This is where our journey began. When I started keeping bees, I wanted to create a drink that was as honest as the honey they produced. Our Classic is a simple, two-ingredient blend: Chunmee Taipan Superior green tea and pure British honey. The secret lies in our patience. While many canned iced teas are hot-brewed quickly, we cold-brew our tea leaves for 24 hours. This slow extraction pulls out the smooth, grassy umami of the green tea while keeping the caffeine low and the antioxidants high.
