Launched by Paul Bowler in 2014 from his small home kitchen in central Winchester, and now based in larger premises a short walk away, Winchester Distillery is home to hand-crafted premium spirits using traditional methods, modern energy-saving equipment and botanicals sourced from the surrounding landscape.
