Since 1760, in the industrial heartland of Sheffield, Whiteley has been the hallmark of fine English craftsmanship. Each scissor produced by the company is still hand-made, assembled and tested by craftsmen, using the skill and techniques honed and handed down over centuries. The company is the last industrial scissor-maker in the UK and the oldest scissor smiths in the western world.
