Trealy Farm Charcuterie
Where Pontypool, Monmouthshire, Wales

At Trealy Farm Charcuterie we only work with ethically sourced British and wild meats, and the finest quality herbs and spices to produce a wide range of carefully and respectfully produced artisan products. With a dedicated Slow Food Movement ethos, we have been championing native and heritage breeds, high welfare meat and traditional animal husbandry in Britain from the outset, and our passion as a company has always been to produce fine quality charcuterie from this meat. As the business has evolved, and the team has grown, this commitment remains rooted in a genuine love of good food and its connection to the land. For the company, that means supporting free-range and ethical meat production, and also working closely with trusted farmers to sustain their high welfare production methods by ensuring they get a fair price for their animals. Now celebrating our 15th year, we offer a diverse range of over 40 different products, drawing on a range of British and Continental traditions; from Salamis, Chorizos, Air-Dried Hams, Bresaolas and Pancettas, to Bacon, Boudin Noir, Hog's Pudding and Pastrami.
