Founded in 1945 in Sheffield, Grunwerg has been proud to supply the UK Professional and Domestic market with our Stainless steel houseware products. Forged in Sheffield, the heart of the British steel industry, Grunwerg was established in 1945 by Otto Grunwerg, a refugee from war torn Vienna. Although generations of Grunwergs have been at the helm of the business, our family culture extends to all our team members. Our products were manufactured in the UK until the late 1970's. These days our central business and design team are still based in the Sheffield area, with manufacture undertaken by trusted partners overseas.
