Ellers Farm Distillery

Chris Fraser began making cider at home as a hobby back in 2014 after discovering an abandoned orchard at the bottom of his garden, where he noticed apples were falling to the ground and going to waste. Bringing in the help of those around him, his initial hobby eventually grew into a multi-tier consortium producing about 350 litres of cider.
