Brewed with our friends at rave Coffee, this stout blends their signature coffee with mellow oats and a good helping of honey. Full-bodied and velvety, it brims with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a smooth honeyed finish We brewed the beer on malt, oats, and honey together, once it was reaching the end of the fermentation we essentially made 1100L of cold brew, steeping the whole coffee beans for 3 days, and then the ground coffee for a further three days into the fermenter.
