Macadamias covered in a thick layer of emerald green chocolate. We give the macadamias a light roast to bring out their gentle flavour, and use ceremonial grade green tea for our matcha chocolate. No compromises here. We roast our own macadamias to capture that round freshly roasted taste. And the matcha chocolate is made by refining ceremonial grade green tea that we buy direct from the farmers in Uji into our creamy white chocolate.
