Tiptree ‘Tawny’ is a full flavoured thick cut Seville orange marmalade. This rich, dark marmalade is made to a cherished recipe and is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The Seville oranges are cooked with sugar and nothing else. Each year we travel to Seville to select the best oranges. The first stage in making the Tiptree ‘Tawny’ Orange Marmalade is to gently simmer the whole oranges, this makes the peel really tender. The oranges are then inspected and prepared by hand.
