Rhubarb is one of the earliest crops on our Tiptree farm - coming into season in Spring. We use this iconic British vegetable (yes, it's a vegetable, not a fruit) to craft our delicious Rhubarb with Ginger Conserve, complementing the distinctive and tangy flavour of rhubarb with a warming kick of ginger to create a truly unique jam. Perfect as a cake filling, stirred into yogurt or even just on toast. If you love the taste of rhubarb, but prefer something a bit sweeter, then try our Rhubarb and Vanilla conserve instead.
