Unlike jams, jellies are made with only the juice of the fruit. Here at Tiptree, our jellies are made the traditional way - the fruit is brought to the boil and simmered gently. The juice and fruit is then transferred to our fruit press where it is squeezed slowly to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit before sugar is added to create a delicious jelly. This distinctive Red Currant jelly is just perfect to accompany roast lamb, or is the perfect pairing for a variety of cold meats. Alternatively, add a spoonful to any gravy for a really incredible taste.
