Golden harvest crab apples are a small but mighty fruit and make for a delicious jelly capturing the essence of British Autumn time. The fruit is brought to the boil and simmered gently to extract the full flavour and colour from the apples. The juice and fruit are then transferred into our fruit press and squeezed slowly to release the full flavour. This jelly is incredibly versatile as it sits right in the middle between sweet and savoury. Use with roast pork and turkey or brush over gammon as a glaze. It can even be used on charcuterie boards alongside rich pâtés, terrines, and cured meats.
