Blueberries are famous for their intense flavour; mixed with sugar for a sweet but sharp tasting delicious jam. Delicious spread on toast, crumpet or in the middle of muffins. Our delicious jams are made from specially selected whole fruit and cooked in open pans. Each jar is carefully hand poured in small batches by our cooks. As you get more whole fruit in each jar by hand pouring. Thursday Cottage have been producing high quality artisan jams and marmalades since 1963. From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production unit in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh fine
