A fresh citrus, soft and smooth 42% ABV London dry gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root, gently overlaid with signature botanicals of mainly fresh Pink Grapefruit, but with a little of White Grapefruit to give it softness and fresh Pomegranate to give it a fruity ending. This gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not lose its nose, taste and unique character when served. We only use fresh grapefruit peel to give the gin a bright freshness and use the spent insides of the grapefrui
