Union 3 is designed with script from 1540 by calligrapher Giovanni Battista Palatino, Rome, and Flemish cartographer Gerardus Mercator, Leuven. From Pompeii graffiti 2000 years ago to today, the Union collection tells the story of ‘ ’, a mark that evolved from the Latin ‘et’. Each card is designed to reflect its place in our timeline.
