White Peak Rum is a vatting of three unique cask types: ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill Distillery, Virgin Oak cask with a level 4 char from Kelvin Cooperage, and ex-red wine casks (STR) from Dias Cooperage in Portugal. The three different cask maturations contribute to the complexity and layers of flavour from nose to finish.
