Made with wild sloes gathered during the 2025 harvest by locals, friends and supporters, Whitby Sloe Gin is a proper community effort and a very delicious one at that. Each batch starts with sloes handpicked from hedgerows around Whitby and North Yorkshire, before being slowly steeped in our award-winning Whitby Gin Original Edition. Then we let time do its thing.
