Prognosis is a rich and satisfying brown ale with a modern flavour profile; caramel and toffee notes are balanced with the classic bitterness, tempered with floral notes from Admiral and Cascade, and a satisfying linger on the palate. Mockingbird is award winning our stout; rich smooth and bitter with a definite coffee-like flavour (yet with no coffee in the recipe - these flavours are brought entirely by the dark roasted chocolate malt) and floral hop aromas. 500ml bottles
