A golden ale that came out of a kitchen rather than a lab — created with David, head chef at the Eight Bells, which explains why it's built around flavour balance rather than chasing the biggest hop hit going. Deep gold in the glass with a tropical, softly citrus nose. The flavour is fuller and longer than the colour suggests, with enough malt underneath to keep everything sitting square.
