The leather selected to produce a Meindl garment is tanned using a process dating back thousands of years. From rawhide to finished item takes over three months with great care, skill and experience applied at every stage. With leather and horns sourced from deer, roe deer, chamois and ibex hunts, Meindl is proud to pass on its traditions from one generation to the next.
