Brewed originally in the run up to Christmas 2021, combining 5 malts, traditional European hops and a blend of specially selected Belgian yeast strains, this Tripel has spent the last 22 months in our barrel store. Crisp, light effervescent, expect gentle clove and peppery spice esters with notes of bready malt and orchard fruits with a gentle dry bitterness on the finish. All of these combining for the ideal contrast against the rich autumnal hedgerow fruit flavours and aromas obtained from maturation in red wine casks.
