Brewed originally in the run up to Christmas 2021, combining 5 malts, traditional European hops and a blend of specially selected Belgian yeast strains, this Tripel has spent the last 22 months in our barrel store. Crisp, light effervescent, expect gentle clove and peppery spice esters with notes of bready malt and orchard fruits with a gentle dry bitterness on the finish. All of these entwining effortlessly with the vanilla and charred oak qualities of the bourbon barrel, a refreshing gently warming drink, perfect for the darker months.
