Ikaria opens with Greek thyme, dry, aromatic and sun-warmed, before moving into a heart shaped by wild Greek honey and tobacco. The honey is rich, dark, and floral threaded with cinnamon, fresh ginger, clary sage and rose de Mai. Virginian cedarwood gives the heart a firmer, drier structure, allowing the sweetness to remain warm without becoming heavy. Greek tobacco emerges gradually beneath it, deep, cured and slightly earthy, supported by sandalwood, patchouli and oakmoss.
