Inspired by Greek baklava, A Thousand Layers opens with the vivid freshness of Greek lemon and orange, cutting through a rich heart of honey, roasted walnut, almond and pistachio. Caramelised phyllo pastry brings a crisp, toasted sweetness, warmed with clove bud and cinnamon.
