Dry and rounded, with orange peel, warm muscovado and a slow oak finish. A year in French oak, ex Madeira casks has given this rum its colour and its calm. Our own fermentation carries a subtle orange note, so Madeira was the natural match, deepening that citrus and folding it into the oak. Orange peel lifts the top, muscovado warmth sits beneath, and the finish settles slowly, dry to the last, with no added sugar to soften it. Every bottle is a single cask release. We write the cask number on the back, because no two casks are quite alike and we would rather show you which one you are drinkin
