£35 per person Spend an hour and a half inside a working, carbon negative rum distillery, with the two people who make the rum. Every Signature Distillery Tour is run by us, Russ and Gemma. There is no big team here and no script, just the two of us, sixteen people at most, and the distillery we built. It starts with a Signature Serve in your hand, poured on arrival and carried with you, so you are tasting the rum before you have learned how it is made. Then we walk you through it ourselves. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else. Where we have not looked, we say so rather than assuming.
