Artisan Blackberry Vinegar starts life as 100% whole blackberries. We take the pure juice and ferment it into a heady blackberry wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming into Artisan Blackberry Vinegar. It is then sweetened with fresh blackberry juice, and barrel-matured until smooth and mellow. Made from our own whole-fruit blackberry wine - and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
