By pairing British pork with the robust, but carefully balanced flavours of lemon and thyme, we have created a distinctively-flavoured salami with a traditional texture. Perfect for charcuterie boards, canapes or on pizza, this unusual flavour combination is inspired by wild Italian hillsides, fragrant with herbs, and takes the taster to the lemon groves of the Amalfi coast. It is the ultimate Summer salami. Our products are at their best if taken out of the fridge and allowed to come to room temperature before consuming.
