The Edge is a modern rectangular dining table which draws inspiration from Richard Serra’s ‘House of Cards’ sculpture. The table’s trio of steel plates lean together softly, evoking the sense of balance and placidity intrinsic to the artwork. Two plates extend up from the ground, listing inward to find support in the asymmetrical central plate. The base is composed to support itself entirely, yet reinforced for total peace of mind.
