A triple-juniper, dry gin, distilled with cinnamon, toasted orange, nutmeg, bay, cardamom anise. A departure from our range of flavoured gins, this is a style of gin that our master distiller, Nick, has been itching to make for a while and took month of careful planning and research to execute. Nick wanted to create a gin with the maximum amount of Juniper possible, in our small 50 litre still. Juniper contains lots of essential oil, and if you use too much, it will turn your gin cloudy.
