Thornbridge x Young Master Brewery We were very excited to work with the highly respected Young Master Brewery from Hong Kong. We combined our knowledge of creating distinct and remarkable sours, coming up with a fantastic trio of additions we feel work really well in harmony. We utilised orange zest for the sour enhancement and a moderate touch of ginger and star anise for the Asian influence. Zingiber is light, zingy and beautifully drinkable with all the character from each carefully selected ingredient creating a true experiential journey.
