4.8% Pale Ale Thornbridge x Derby Brewing Co, 9G Cask We were excited to team up with Derby Brewing on a brand new cask beer as they are well known for their brewing expertise! We designed a recipe starting with a great Maris Otter malt base and providing a combination of English and American hops; these work to provide a big bouquet of grapefruit and peach with floral notes throughout.
