4.3% Single Hop Pale The Importance of Being is a single hopped pale using the fantastic hop, Ernest. Named after their creator, Professor Ernest Salmon, a renowned Mycologist who also made the Wimbledon quarter finals, these hops are a great British variety and known for their bold flavour profile. The beer pours a light gold in colour and expresses bountiful aromas of apricot and tangerine, its refreshing and full bodied with notes of lemon and a light, herbal spice on the palate.
