Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. African Queen is a hugely fruit forward hop variety, hailing from South Africa, it was launched in 2014 and has proved popular since. Expect bags of Passion fruit, gooseberry and blackcurrant to make this a truly intricate single-hop offering Serve at 5-8 African Queen Low Colour Maris Otter, Carapils, Pale Blackcurrant, Stone
