The story goes that the legendary Tiramisu was created in the 1960s in the north of Italy and has since been enjoyed around the World. The beauty of this dish lies in its spectrum of flavours and textures, with the sponge and soft mascarpone providing a contrast for the roasted coffee and indulgent dark cocoa.
