The latest version of our Pardus series has come about by popular demand from our Beer Club Members. Sticky Toffee Pudding is a classic British dessert and always a key feature on pub menus around the country. It’s an indulgent dish that we thought would work perfectly with our imperial stout. The toffee sweetness is delectable and well balanced with the roasted base of the beer and the classic date flavour is a great complement to the stone fruit flavours that this beer displays throughout.
