Blueberry Cheesecake is a favourite of many at Thornbridge Brewery and seemed like a rewarding challenge to add into our Pardus series, with the aim of combining all of the dessert’s big flavours into a single, delectable experience. it’s dangerously decadent, with a delightful fruit forward profile, balanced with roasted malt and dark chocolate undertones.
