Thornbridge Brewery x Brick Brewery Our friends from Peckham came to join us in Bakewell for a collaboration brew. We both love a traditional Belgian Witbier and were excited to work on one together. We have adhered to the classic style and this pours nice and light with an alluring haziness. The aroma holds coriander and spice and on the palate, there is zesty citrus intertwined with a delicate herbal note. It’s bright and sparkling with a refreshing dry finish.
