This special edition is a run of fine dovetail saws to celebrate our 100 years of manufacturing here in Sheffield, England. Our company founder, Thomas Flinn started making saws in 1923, in a small workshop in industrial quarters in Sheffield. This was hard and dirty work and as time progressed, his eager apprentice (Frank Ellis) purchased the business in 1936, which is how our family came to own Thomas Flinn.
