Made by Ray Iles from EN9 spring steel, the premium froe is the same size as the large froe (blade length 10 1/2 ), but the canals are rounded, making it more efficient at moving through the wood and easier to use. For splitting logs. Great for use with wood burners and our one man crosscut saws! Comes with beech handle finished in a light oil.
