This Classic West Coast IPA pays homage to the style which kicked off the American Craft Beer Revolution. We used Maris Otter Extra Pale Malt, bulked out with a little Crystal Vienna to add colour and body. Lashings of US hops - Chinook, Columbus, Cascade Centennial - bring bold pine, resin and citrus notes. On the palate, it's bright and clean, a round malt body tempered by a pronounced bitterness, before finishing crisp and dry.
