Our latest beer is brewed in collaboration with We Brought Beer Tooting and Wine Barrel Brighton Hove. Cascadia was a huge success at our annual beer festival, September 2026. In keg and cask, and now available in cans. Bright and crisp, generously hopped West Coast Pale with a clean, dry finish. Cascade is the lead hop, while Chinook brings balancing bitterness. Centennial and a touch of Citra add notes of pine and resin, providing a satisfying bitter bite on the finish. Malt grist: Maris Otter and Extra Pale malt provide a round, smooth malt base.
